Emma has worked in the charitable sector since 2010, previously the Director at Quintessentially Foundation where she raised over £5 million and now sits as a trustee. Emma will be managing all activities to do with the Churchill Foundation.

Jennifer Stangroom

Fundraising and Events Coordinator

Jennifer has taken on the exciting role of Fundraising and Events Co-coordinator for the Churchill Foundation. Jennifer has a passion for organising events and is looking forward to engaging with many charities to support important and current causes to take the Foundation even further.



Chairman & CEO, Churchill Retirement Living

Spencer is Co-Founder of Churchill Retirement Living and is working to drive forward the company partnership with the Foundation.



Managing Director, Churchill Retirement Living

Clinton is co-founder of Churchill Retirement Living and is passionate about driving the charity forward to achieve its goals and ambitions. He has been involved in several charitable campaigns, even shaving his head for Macmillan!



Group Marketing Director, Churchill Retirement Living

Suzanne is especially keen on employee and development participation in supporting the charities and will be helping this aspect of the Churchill Foundation in particular.

John is a solicitor, partner with Moore Blatch LLP (MB) in the real estate division based in Lymington. John joined MB in 1972 and became a partner in 1982.

John is married with three grown up children and lives at Godwinscroft. John has a number of charitable trusteeships.

Esther Rantzen


Esther Rantzen is the Foundation’s Patron, a role she is relishing: “I’m delighted to be involved, helping others is so close to my heart, particularly with my work with Childline and the Silver Line, and I think the Churchill Foundation will help make a real difference.”
